Music Education (MA)
The Master of Arts (M.A.) in Art Education program is designed to enhance the skills and scholarship of professional practitioners who teach music at the P-12 level. Additionally, candidates in the MA degree program in Music Education are provided with challenging and diverse experiences in music history and literature, theory, performance, and pedagogy and contribute to the cultural life of the local and global community by participating in performances of high artistic quality both on and off campus.
The Master of Arts degree in Music Education is a 33-credit program and is offered on the Demorest campus.
