Professional Biography & Experience

Dr. Kelly Land has joined the SOE faculty as Assistant Professor of Education and EdTPA Coordinator. Since 2014, Dr. Land developed and taught courses in a new bachelor’s degree program in Early Childhood Program Administration on Piedmont’s Athens campus. Additionally, she will teach courses in the Department of Early Childhood Education. After serving as an elementary teacher for several years, Dr. Land served as a School Induction Coordinator. She received her undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education at Mercer University, the M.Ed. degree in Counseling and Psychology at Troy University, and the Ed.S. degree in teacher leadership at Piedmont. Dr. Land received her Doctor of Education Degree at Piedmont on July 25, 2015.
