Complete the FAFSA to get college off to a roaring start!
The Roaring Start Grant is a one-time Grant of $500 (split between fall and spring semesters) available to new students who will begin college in Fall 2025.
Criteria:
- This grant is for first-time freshman and transfer students enrolling in Fall 2025 who will be attending the Demorest campus.
- Students must be deposited to Piedmont University by May 15.
- Students must have a completed 2025-2026 FAFSA by May 15.
- The scholarship will be automatically added to the student’s financial aid, and they will receive an email notification of the financial aid offer, including all other state, federal, and institutional aid available to the student.
