Demorest Dual Enrollment

Application Procedures

Step 1:

Complete the Piedmont College application online.
 

Step 2:

Submit your official SAT, ACT or Accuplacer scores, as well as your official high school transcript(s). These documents may be sent electronically through e-mail or mailed to the following address:

Once your file is complete, the Dual Enrollment Admissions Committee will review the information and render an admissions decision.
 

Step 3:

Download the Piedmont College-Demorest Dual Enrollment Packet for the 2020-2021 school year.

THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING ALL MATERIALS FOR FALL 2020 IS MAY 15, 2020; SPRING 2021 IS NOVEMBER 1, 2020.
 

Step 4:

Go online to www.gafutures.org to complete the Georgia Dual Enrollment forms. These documents must be filled out completely, with a list of classes you have permission to take. The deadline for completing D.E. forms online is August 31, 2020 for the Fall 2020 semester and January 31, 2021 for the Spring 2021 semester.
 

Step 5:

High school counselors or home school administrators must certify students through www.gafutures.org.
 

Step 6:

Register for courses. Orientation Day will be announced soon; watch the mail for more information.
Registration for Fall 2020 will begin April 6, 2020. Registration for Spring 2021 will begin November 9, 2020.* Students will meet with the dual enrollment advisor, Monika Schulte, to register for classes (Email or 706-778-3000 ext 1428). Students will select courses from a limited list provided by Piedmont College.
