Travel to Greece for a once-in-a-lifetime experience blending art and public health! Explore the ancient streets of Athens, Delphi, Thessaloniki and Crete with your sketchpad in hand. Visit a former leper colony in Crete, where patients were forced to isolate after being disowned by their families and communities. Spend time in ancient Greek sites – the Acropolis, the archeological ruins of Delphi, the Vlatodon Monastery, Olympic Museum, and Heraklion. Whether you're a science major, artist, or just curious about the world, this faculty-led program offers hands-on learning, fieldwork, and creative expression in one of the most beautiful and historically rich countries in the world.

POLAND 🇵🇱
Dive deep into Poland’s powerful past and vibrant natural landscapes with our unique study abroad program that blends literature and environmental science. Students will visit Warsaw and Krakow, and read memoirs of those who lived through the Warsaw Uprising, the Warsaw Ghetto, and Nazi concentration camps—voices of resilience that come to life during visits to the Warsaw Ghetto Museum, Pawiak Prison, and the haunting grounds of Treblinka and Auschwitz. Students will also learn about Poland’s most breathtaking ecosystems, from the primeval Białowieża Forest to the alpine beauty of Tatra National Park. Through on-site exploration of sustainability challenges and conservation efforts, students will gain insight into the region’s ecological future. This interdisciplinary program offers a profound, place-based education that bridges memory, literature, and environmental science.

Discover the beauty and business potential of rural Ireland in this hands-on study abroad program that blends real-world experience with academic insight. Based in vibrant Dublin and the scenic village of Killala, students will conduct a unique Marketing Research and Cost Accounting project focused on evaluating the feasibility of transforming a historic famine cottage in Ballinlena into a sustainable bed and breakfast. Through site visits, local interviews, and cultural immersion, students will gain practical skills in budgeting, sustainability planning, and community-based tourism development—while exploring Ireland’s rich history and breathtaking landscapes.
