Non-Traditional First Year Students
You are a non-traditional first-year student if you have or would have graduated from high school at least five years prior to your expected date of enrollment at Piedmont University.
We are excited that you have decided to attend Piedmont! To confirm your spot at our university, please complete the following steps by the appropriate deadline. As a reminder, you will need your Lions account to complete a number of these tasks.

Required Steps
Completing the FAFSA will allow us to determine your eligibility for government-based financial aid. Once submitted and processed, our Financial Aid office will create and send your accurate award letter.
Please pay your matriculation and housing (if applicable) deposits. Your deposits will ensure your spot for enrollment and—if you intend to live on campus—will reserve your space for housing.

2025 Orientation for will be an enhanced, four-phase MANE Experience that incorporates both in-person events and online modules! To learn more about orientation and to register use the link below.
Starting March 1, Lions accounts will be created for incoming students for the fall semester. At that time, your Lions email and PilgrimNet accounts will be available approximately one week after your deposit is received and processed. Your academic advisor’s name and contact information will be provided after your deposit has been processed. Schedule a virtual meeting or phone call to have an advising meeting and register for classes.
Complete the Housing Application and RoomeeZ profile on ERezLife. Instructions on how to do so will be sent to your LIONs email account.

Financial Agreement
For information regarding your Financial Agreement, visit Self Service on WebAdvisor. This will be available once you’ve attended orientation and have a class schedule in Self Service.
