Accepted Students

Welcome to the Pride! What’s Next?
Congratulations on your acceptance to Piedmont University!
Once you receive your acceptance notification, there are a few steps you will need to take prior to the first day of class. With that in mind, we provide you here with a checklist to get you ready for your life as a Lion. Follow these steps, and you will guarantee yourself a great start to your educational journey with Piedmont.
Everything You Need to Succeed
We have started a checklist to help all different types of students understand what they need to succeed and where to begin. Select the type of student you are and get going today:
Gain a Better of Understanding of Piedmont
Sure, you’ve probably visited campus, met with professors, or even learned what it’s like to be a Lion from a current student, but there’s nothing like orientation to help you get to know your new surroundings like a pro.
Orientation at Piedmont University has a rich tradition of not just providing information needed for our incoming Piedmont Lions but also giving that Welcome Home feeling as they began their journey here. During this experience, various members of the campus community will be available for students, including but not limited to, residence life, financial aid, students accounts, student support, academics, athletics. This is a REQUIRED event for incoming students.
