How to apply

Apply for graduation by completing the application through the Student Self Service portal. Follow these instructions to complete application.

Deadlines

Note: Do not wait! Apply by the deadlines to receive your audit in plenty of time to alter your schedule if needed!

It is the student’s responsibility to make sure that the application is turned in on time and received by the Registrar’s Office.

Graduation Fees

Graduation application fees are due by the close of the semester applied. The fee covers all costs associated with graduation. It covers administrative costs, administering graduation, diplomas, ceremonies, etc. This fee therefore is not waived or reduced for any student who choose not to attend a graduation ceremony.

Graduation Audits

Audits are completed for each graduation application. The audit is completed by the Registrar’s Office and sent to the advisor and student via email.
