Note: Candidates must be 18 prior to starting the program in order to apply.

Steps

Apply to Piedmont. You will not be able to complete this form until you enter a Piedmont student ID# which will be given to you when you are accepted.
Once accepted, apply to the School of Nursing (THIS FORM) between September 1 – April 4.
Send official transcripts as well as your college board scores to Piedmont Admissions. The official Piedmont Transfer Equivalency Report will be used to determine credits earned.
Upload TEAS and/or HESI scores with this application. Be ready to upload all pages of results from TEAS and/or HESI exam as one document.
Upon completion of the Fall Semester, official transcripts should be sent to Piedmont admissions by April 5 showing fall grades to allow time for processing before the deadline.
Upon acceptance into the program, you will be required to complete a background check and drug test at your expense
Compose in MS Word an essay (300 words or less) on the following topic: “Share a potential nursing scenario in which upholding honesty and professional integrity may be difficult and what you, as a future registered nurse, would do.”
