Professional Biography & Experience
Tim Goss joins the SOE faculty as Assistant Professor of Education and Director for Off-campus Graduate Studies. He earned his undergraduate degree in Middle Grades Education here at Piedmont in 1989, the M.Ed. in Middle Grades Education at North Georgia College and State University (now University of North Georgia), and also went on to earn the Ed.S. degree in educational leadership there. Goss is currently working on his Ed.D. degree in Curriculum and Instruction here at Piedmont. He has extensive experience in the Habersham County Schools, having served as a middle school teacher, assistant principal, and principal. In addition to teaching courses in middle grades education, Goss will work with the Regional Program Coordinators for the delivery of graduate education programs in school systems across Georgia.
