We’re so excited to officially welcome you to the Pride! Summer Orientation is a full-day, on-campus event designed just for you (and your parents). You’ll meet other new students, connect with your future professors, and get an inside look at what life as a Piedmont Lion is all about.
Who Should Come?
If you’re joining Piedmont this fall as a new student, Summer Orientation is for you—even if you’ve already earned college credits through Dual Enrollment or AP.
What to Expect
Summer Orientation kicks off Phase A of the M.A.N.E. New Student Experience—a four-part program that helps you get fully ready to start your Piedmont journey:
• 🐾 M: Meet Your M.A.N.E. Leader
• 🦁 A: Attend Orientation
• 💻 N: Navigate the Guide to the Pride online course
• 🎓 E: Enter Ready to Succeed
*Every new student is expected to finish them all before classes start.

💰 Cost: $50 per student
Includes:
• 1 student + 1 guest meal ticket
• Orientation T-shirt
• Guide to the Pride Orientation Canvas Course
