Student Satisfaction Survey Information

Each spring Institutional Research conducts satisfaction surveys to gather data concerning student perceptions of Piedmont University. We need your help to measure student satisfaction. You could win a prize just for participating! Prizes include an Owala, a Visa gift card, Piedmont swag, and more!

In the spring of 2026 we are once again partnering with Ruffalo Noel Levitz to offer the Student Satisfaction Inventory (SSI) to our undergraduate student population. The SSI will provide robust data on both the importance and level of satisfaction with various aspects of the student experience. The feedback provided by students from the SSI is shared extensively with administration, faculty, staff, student leaders, and trustees. Student input continues to inform the university’s ongoing strategic planning process.

The SSI launched via email invitation on Monday, March 23. Several email reminders will be sent before the survey closes. Use your Piedmont username (ex. johndoe0101) as the password to access the survey.

Please take 10 to 15 minutes to complete the survey to let your voice be heard! You should find a link to the survey in your Lions email, contact ir@piedmont.edu for assistance, or click the button below:
