Piedmont College’s Literary and Arts Journal
Edited, designed, and curated by students in the Creative Writing and Art programs, Trillium is published annually by Piedmont College. Submissions to the journal undergo a rigorous selection process, ensuring strong content and high production values.
The journal grew out of Dr. Lisa Hodgens’ poetry workshop in 2006 and expanded in 2009 to include art and musical selections in an online format, winning first prize at the Southern Literary Festival that year for e-publications. Since then, Trillium has continued to highlight exceptional works of poetry, fiction, and creative nonfiction in concert with a wide range of visual media, including painting, drawing, sculpture, ceramics, photography, and graphic design.
