
Fine Arts Events Guidelines
Fine Arts events are allowed with the following protocols:
- Stay home if you are ill.
- Face coverings are required in all indoor spaces regardless of vaccination status.
- Attendance will be limited and strictly observed for each venue.
- If you do not have a face covering, one will be provided for you.
- All patrons will maintain social distancing of at least 3 feet. Patrons may be closer within their parties.
- Hand sanitizer stations will be available for use throughout all facilities.
Art
- A maximum of 45 patrons admitted for each exhibit reception in the Mason-Sharfenstein Museum of Art.
Music
- Online registration for most music events is not required at this time.
- Online registration/ticket purchase is required for the following events. Go to the Fine Arts calendar for more information, www.piedmont.edu/fa, or call the Conservatory of Music, 706-778-8500 ext. 1356.
- 33rd Annual Service of Lessons and Carols, Nov. 29-30, 2021. Free Admission.
- Vienna Boys Choir Concert, Feb. 11, 2022. Tickets: $25.
- Attendance for performances in the Chapel will be limited to 200, not including performers.
- Attendance for performances in the Conservatory Concert Hall will be limited to 50, not including performers.
- Maximum attendance will be strictly observed. Arrive early.
- Ushers will escort patrons to and from seats to help maintain social distancing.
Theatre
- Patrons must call the Theatre Box Office at 706-778-8500 x1355 to purchase tickets rather than purchasing online.
