MS in Professional Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Virtual Information Session
The Master of Science in Clinical & Mental Health Counseling is a fully online graduate program consisting of 60 semester credit hours inclusive of 9 hours of supervised field experience (practicum and internship). This program is designed for individuals with an earned bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university seeking licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor. The degree prepares students for employment in a wide variety of positions in community agencies, businesses, and institutions. The curriculum of this program aligns with the standards of preparation as set forth by the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP). The program is in the process of seeking CACREP accreditation. The degree fulfills the academic requirements for licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia.
