Exploring the interdependence of humans and machines, Kenneth Baskin’s work for Mechanical Artifacts draws from the history of Industrial Revolution and its impact. Baskin is an Associate Professor of Art and Ceramics at McNeese State University in Lake Charles, Louisiana. His accolades include a National Council on Education in the Ceramic Arts (NCECA) Emerging Artist Award, a solo exhibition at the Taipei County Yingge Ceramics Museum, Taipei, Taiwan, and coverage in Ceramics Monthly.
The Ken Baskin exhibit will run from January 13 to February 10, with a reception on January 13.
