International Studies

With a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, students will develop an understanding of the language and culture of one geographic area of the world, as well as an understanding of the political climate, economics, and history of that region as they complete the 42 hour major.

As an International Studies major, you will spend your classroom time developing the cultural awareness you need to compete in our 21st century global economy. To complement your course work, International Studies majors can take advantage of Piedmont's many opportunities for travel study and internships such as semester abroad, Maymester travel, and international internships.
