Kreiner to talk patents at Piedmont
Barrett Kreiner, a principle technical architect with AT&T, will speak on “The Creative Process in Patent Development” at 10 a.m., March 28, in the Stewart Hall auditorium at Piedmont College in Demorest. This free event is open to the community.
Kreiner will discuss how to be receptive to creative thinking, identify potentially innovative concepts, and form patentable ideas. He will also discuss how the patent process works.
Kreiner currently holds some 76 patents in conjunction with AT&T in fields including lighting, computer memory, and signal encryption. His talk is sponsored by the Piedmont School of Business and the college’s Quality Enhancement Program.
