Official Transcript Requests
Piedmont College has teamed up with Parchment Exchange to deliver printed or electronic transcripts. It is secure and convenient - available 24/7 from any location - saving you time and paper! The Registrar's Office no longer processes official transcripts in-house.
Here's how: Sign up at the Parchment Exchange.
You must first create an account, then you may order transcripts. There are options to have your transcripts sent after your final grades or degree are posted.
Choose a destination from the menu or type in an address yourself. Pay online — there's an $8 fee per transcript — and you're done.
Transcripts cannot be furnished for any student whose financial obligations to Piedmont College have not been met. If your transcript is denied due to financial obligations, it is your responsibility to submit a new request form when your account is settled in the Business Office.

There is no charge for providing unofficial transcripts. They may be e-mailed as PDF files, faxed, or mailed.
