I was born an hour north of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I moved down to Dahlonega, Georgia at age twelve. I attended Piedmont College for my undergrad degree in Secondary Math Education and minored in History. I am in my first year as a grad student in Piedmont’s M.A. program in Secondary Mathematics as well as in my first year as Resident Director for Ipswich, New Bedford, and Plymouth Halls. At Piedmont, I was a Resident Assistant for two years, my first being in Purcell hall and my second being in Johnson Hall. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, camping, rappelling, caving, backpacking, sports, and any other outdoor activities.
