As College Chaplain, Dr. Cleere provides oversight for religious life organizations; plans campus worship services, often with the Haystack Society; co-advises the Washington Gladden Society; is on-campus contact for Habersham County Mentoring Program and Prevent Child Abuse Habersham; facilitates outreach to churches.

Because her own faith was kindled when she was a college student, Dr. Cleere thinks that her job is a dream come true.  She strives to engage students in dialogue about matters of faith, hoping that such conversation will lead to action.  Her background includes fifteen years in local church ministry, as well as employment and volunteer roles with justice and advocacy organizations.
