About the Alumni Association

The Piedmont College Alumni Association is open to any person who matriculated and left in good standing. There are no membership fees. The association is led by six officers who are elected annually by the membership at large and by 20 directors elected for three-year terms by the membership at large. The officers and directors make up the Board of Officers and Directors that govern policies, finances and activities of the association. The Alumni Association sponsors events in support of the goals and objectives of the college as well as social events such as Alumni Weekend, the Coach Cave Golf Tournament, young alumni events, and student/alumni events.

Clubs functioning under the auspices of the Alumni Association generally form around a common cause or interest. An example of such a club is the Piedmont College Letter Club, also known as the "P" Club. This organization acts as the booster club for both alumni and friends of the college. It supports athletics in general and sponsors recognition of athletes at several athletic banquets throughout the year. The Athletic Hall of Fame is administered through the “P” Club and yearly installs new members into its ranks.
