This website focuses on Instructional Technology applications and integration to support the College’s academic mission. This includes: Moodle Support, Instructional Technology Sessions and Instructional Resources.
Instructional Technology encompasses a wide range of disciplines such as computer science, psychology, design, media and education among others. Its main purpose is the integration of applied technology to the educational environment. This iincludes regular courses, blended courses, hybrid courses and full online courses.
Projects on Instructional Technology are encouraged. If you have a project or would like to collaborate with the Instructional Technology undertaking at Piedmont College, you may contact Dr. Michael Dillon.
If, however, you need support for computers, installation of hardware and software, updates, general troubleshooting hardware and software problems for computer labs and office computers on campus, contact The Department of Information Technology.
This Learning Management System can be used to create entire online courses or to complement classroom-based courses. Moodle is available to all faculty, staff and students at Piedmont College.
