The Film component of the Mass Communications department consists of film classes, trips to film festivals, the Film Club and Movie Nights on campus.

Film Classes: Documentary Filmmaking, Film Editing, Intro to Film Studies, Screenwriting
Related Courses: Writing for New Media, Television Production I and Television Production II

Festival Schedule
Film Festival: The film festival is open to all Piedmont students, faculty and staff. If you've made a movie and want to submit it, contact us at bblakeslee@piedmont.edu
Film Festival
Film Races

The Film Club also sponsors Film Races. This event is open to all Piedmont students, with or without film experience. Students are given 24 hours to write, film and edit a movie. Awards are given for the best film.
