Advising

In order to accurately track advisees, Dr. Van Cantfort maintains the master list of advisees and interfaces with the registrar to oversee advising assignments and track majors and minors. He follows up with undeclared students to complete the appropriate forms.

All students are responsible for tracking their courses as he or she progresses towards a degree in mass comm. Meet with your adviser regularly to make sure you are completing the correct requirements for the degree under the requirements of the catalog under which you entered the program.

Students may declare a major or minor in mass comm in the second semester of the freshman year or later.
