Why did you become a professor?
I became a professor because, I like teaching students and helping them to achieve their academic and career goals.

What is your background?

I have taught Mass Communications courses at the college level for 25 years. Prior to working at Piedmont College, I taught communication courses at Brenau University and Clemson University. I published my first book in 2003 entitled, The History and Advancement of African Americans in the Advertising Industry; Edwin Mellen Publishing, New York.

What are your hobbies outside of school?
I enjoy writing and traveling with my family.
