·         A signed Loan Adjustment Request Form gives Piedmont College Financial Aid Staff permission to modify your loan amounts (add, delete, etc.). Once processed, you will be notified if your loan adjustment request is approved, the loan amount, and the loan terms within 30 days of your request. Loan adjustments are conditional according to  a student’s year in college, dependency status, and annual/aggregate loan history.

 

·         Piedmont College will process student loan requests for graduate and undergraduate students before and during each semester. Loan requests are processed and funds are disbursed during the first 60-90 days of each term.

 

·         Student loan requests for any current term (in session) must be submitted to the Financial Aid Office by the deadline dates below. After the deadline, loan requests cannot be accepted, and students will need to make alternate arrangements to receive needed funds.

 

·         Deadline:  Loan adjustment (i.e., loan increases, decreases, or cancellations) requests for any specific semester must be submitted by the appropriate semester deadline dates below. 

 

·         Fall Semester:   November 1              Spring Semester:  April 1               Summer Semester:  June 20
