This Support section has been provided in hopes of educating the faculty and staff
on some of the basics of troubleshooting problems, in turn helping the users help themselves. We have
information regarding both Microsoft Windows computers and Apple Mac OS X computers. This section will
be regularly updated with new information, so check back often. And as always, if you are not able to
find an answer to your question, feel free to call us at ext. 1153 or 1552.
Some words in the following sections have been highlighted to show users important text,
such as a command that must be typed into the command prompt or an item on a menu. This has been done
to prevent any errors arising from improper syntax. That said, let's get down to business.
