Please take time to read the sections regarding Computer Use from the Piedmont College Student Handbook.

Navigation

This site is separated into several sections, made to provide technical support and information about getting help when you have problems or questions.

The Faculty & Staff and Student Support pages consist of Frequently Asked Questions for both Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac OS X computers. We are frequently updating both sections with new questions and solutions.

The Acceptable Use Policy page has important information regarding how technology at Piedmont College is to be used.

The Dorm Requirements page is very important for students who are perhaps purchasing or otherwise acquiring a new computer. It provides the minimum requirements for student computers.

The Downloads page provides the Piedmont community with important documents and links to the Microsoft Windows Update system as well as links for Anti-Virus, Firewall and Malware Removal applications. The links include free programs and those which must be purchased, depending on your preference.

The Staff page provides information on the people who keep the Department of Information Technology running.
