[edit] Welcome

Welcome to the IDTWiki at Piedmont College. The IDTWiki classroom experiment in enabling institutional memory and fostering a larger, across-semester community of practice for students taking instructional design and technology courses in Piedmont College's School of Education. The IDTWiki was started by Drs. Doug Holschuh and Randy Hollandsworth for the fall 2007 semester. The hope is that the knowledge collected in this wiki will be refined and expanded by students semester after semester.

This wiki will be used by students in EDUC 250 and EDUC 601 as a central database for links, resources, background information, and essays on using technology for teaching and learning. More information on using this wiki will be supplied in class.

[edit] Beginnings

To get things started and provide some order, we've included some links to possible sub-pages of this wiki. This is not an all-inclusive list, and as the wiki is built the structure of this site will change to reflect our joint interests (but it's a start). See the Help:Contents page for help on creating wiki posts.
