GRADUATE  APPLICATION  PROCEDURES

The Piedmont College Office of Financial Aid is committed to assisting students and parents to obtain sufficient resources to meet the educational expenses for attendance at this institution. Further, it is the policy of the College to meet 100-percent of demonstrated, unmet financial need, through grants, loans, work and/or scholarship programs, for those students who apply for aid by May 1 for the following fall semester. For students enrolling spring or summer semesters, please inquire at the Office of Financial Aid for application deadlines. Students receiving financial aid must maintain satisfactory academic progress as outlined in the Student Handbook in order to continue to receive financial assistance.

    Federal Loans

    Subsidized and unsubsidized based on FAFSA evaluation.
  • Loan Adjustment Request Online Form
  • Work Aid and Work Study
    Summer Semester: Graduate students must have a minimum of 6 hours enrollment and cannot exceed the academic year's award limits.
  • Graduate Assistantships
    A limited number are available. Contact the Office of Financial Aid for information.
  • HOPE Teacher Scholarship
    This scholarship is administered by the Georgia Student Finance   Commission (GSFC).  This is a service-cancelable loan awarded to students studying in critical shortage teaching fields.  These fields are determined annually by the GSFC. The scholarship is usually awarded between July 1 and August 1 of each year.
