Built in 1997 to mark the 100th anniversary of the founding of Piedmont College, Congregational Circle is a central meeting point in the main college quadrangle. The circle wall includes a plaque commemorating the college's affiliation with the Congregational Churches, a relationship that began in 1901 and continues with the National Association of Congregational Christian Churches and the United Church of Christ.
