About Piedmont College
Piedmont College is an NCAA Division III member school located in Demorest, GA in the Appalachian foothills of northeast Georgia. The Lions compete as a member of the Great South Athletic Conference and boast one of the region’s finest facilities in the Johnny Mize Athletic Center.

In Attendance
Small colleges throughout the southeast United States will be represented. Invitations have been sent out to over 50 local schools covering Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Alabama. Coaches will come from all levels and affiliations including NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, NAIA, NCCAA, and junior college. The college coaches will be leading the stretching and warmups, the individual workstations in the morning, setting on the open panel discusion at the recruiting seminar, and supervising the afternoon league games.

Price & Benefits
Cost for the day-long showcase is $100 per camper. A discounted rate of $90 is available if application is received before March 1st, 2007. The cost includes: informational bio listed in the Informational Packet that will be distributed to all college coaches, morning group instruction by college coaches, afternoon showcase games, t-shirt, lunch for the players and one parent, and an informative recruiting seminar for both players and parents. Additonal meals may be purchased for $5 each.

Recruiting Seminar
Student-athletes and their families will get to take part in a recruiting seminar. The seminar will assist student-athletes and their families learn more about the recruiting process. The seminar will include a presentation on recruiting rules followed by an open panel discussion with coaches of all intercollegiate affiliations and levels.
