Two Men's Soccer Players Highlight NCAA-III National Statistical Rankings
In
the most recent NCAA Division-III national statistical rankings, the
Piedmont College men's soccer team is well represented. As a team the
Lions currently rank 14th with a season average of 3.40 goals per match.
Individually Drew
Griffin is second nationally in points per match with a season average
of 3.67 and third nationally with an average of 1.56 goals per match.
Freshman Jorge Pradilla is currently 14th nationally in assists per
match at 0.8 and 17th in points per match at 2.60.
Griffin and Pradilla
have combined for 69% of the teams goals and 45% of the squad's assists
thru the first eleven matches.
