Michelle Crandall Named NFCA All-Region Selection

Piedmont College softball player Michelle Crandall has been honored by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association as a 1st team All-Atlantic Region selection as released this morning by the national association. Crandall led the Lady Lions in hitting with a team-best .424 batting average.

Crandall was a Great South Athletic Conference 1st Team All-Conference selection and was voted a member of the league’s All-Freshman team.

The honor was announced as part of the 2007 Louisville Slugger/NFCA Division III All-Region selections.
