Men's Tennis Team Sweeps GSAC Year-End Awards

The Piedmont College men's tennis program swept the Great South Athletic Conference's year-end honors as Mike Robertson was named the league's Player of the Year while teammate David Gillispie was voted the Freshman of the Year. Head coach Shane Wood garnered the conference's Coach of the Year honor for the sixth consecutive season.

Joining Robertson and Gillisipe on the All-Conference team was Joey Leonardo and Jake LeMaster. Earning spots on the league's All-Freshman team was Gillispie, Chris Leonardo, and Michael Madden.

In addition to his All-Conference honor, Joey Leonardo was also named as an All-Academic honoree.
