Men's Tennis
Team Falls In Regular-Season Finale
It was a long afternoon
for the Piedmont College men's tennis team as the squad was handed a
7-2 loss by visiting NCAA Division-II opponent North Greenville University.
The Crusaders dominated both singles and doubles action winning all
but one match in each.
Mike Robertson and
David Gillispie were victorious in #1 doubles action and Robertson was
also able to win his #1 singles match 3-0 (retired).
The Lions now stand at 6-10 overall and will return to action again
on Friday, April 20th as they travel to the Great South Athletic Conference
Tournament as the top seed with first serve TBA CST.
