Men's Tennis Team Clinches GSAC Regular-Season Championship

For the seventh consecutive season the Piedmont College men's tennis team has been crowned the Great South Athletic Conference regular-season champions with its 7-2 victory over visiting Maryville College this afternoon at Walker Tennis Courts. The victory moves the Lions to a perfect 3-0 in conference action and secures the top seed in the upcoming GSAC Tournament.

PC swept the doubles matches and were able to win four of the six singles matches en route to the victory. The Lions will return to action again on Sunday, April 1st as they travel to Averett University in Danville, VA for a 9:00 match before playing a 1:00 match versus Methodist University.
