Tom Dimitroff Named GSAC Baseball Pitcher Of The Week

Piedmont College baseball pitcher Tom Dimitroff has been honored by the Great South Athletic Conference as its baseball Pitcher of the Week. The honor is the second of the young season for the PC baseball team.

The junior got a no-decision against North Carolina Wesleyan College, currently ranked #7 nationally in the latest NCAA Division-III poll. He pitched eight innings, allowing seven hits, an earned run and three strikeouts.

Dimitroff has a 0.64 ERA in two starts, striking out 11 in 14 innings.
