Trey McCay Named GSAC Baseball Player Of The Week

Piedmont College baseball player Trey McCay has been honored by the Great South Athletic Conference as its baseball Player of the Week. The honor is the first of the season for the PC baseball team.

The senior catcher batted .727 in three games for the Lions. McCay was 8-for-11 from the plate including two doubles and had a .909 slugging percentage. He scored three runs and drove in three runs.

Piedmont opened the season by dropping three games against Guilford and Greensboro.
