PC Women's Golf Opens Fall Season With Promising Performance

The Piedmont College women's golf team opened up its 2005 fall season this afernoon as the Lady Lions dropped a nine-hole match to members of the PC Administration and Staff 173-182 at The Orchard Golf & Country Club. Piedmont's Jennifer Hewett led the way for the Lady Lions with a career-best score of 39.

Piedmont returns to action this weekend when the team travels to Sewanee, TN to take part in thefour-team University of the South Fall Invitational. The 36-hole event begins Saturday morning.
