Women's Tennis Team Well-Represented On GSAC Year-End Awards

The Piedmont College women's tennis team dominated the Great South Athletic Conference year-end awards by sweeping the All-Conference doubles and notching four of the six singles honors. Additionally, head coach Shane Wood was named the GSAC Women's Tennis Coach of the Year.

Mandy Brittain, Jennifer Mulligan, Mindy Pfeiffer and Marlene Morris were named to the Great South All-Conference singles team. The four were joined by Lindsey Hughes and Jennifer Hewett as members of the All-Conference doubles team.

Pfeiffer, Jennifer Hewett, and Emily Connor were also recognized at GSAC All-Academic honorees.
