Oglethorpe Edges Men's Tennis Team 4-3
The Piedmont College men's tennis team
lost a closely contested match this afternoon to non-conference host
Oglethorpe University by the score of 4-3 in Atlanta, GA. The Lions
and the Stormy Petrels played the singles matches to an even 3-3 draw
but Oglethorpe won the doubles point for the victory.
PC now stands at 8-7 overall. The Lions
will return to action again on Wednesday, April 19th as they host Great
South Athletic Conference member Huntingdon College with first serve
slated for 3:30.
