Piedmont Wins Sixth Straight GSAC Match

The Piedmont College women's tennis team extended their Great South Athletic Conference winning streak to six matches by defeating rival Maryville College 8-1 at PC's Walker Courts. The Lady Lions picked up five straight-set singles victories at #2 through #6 singles to secure the win.

The Lady Lions move to 7-6 overall and 6-0 in league play. The women will return to the court again on Monday, April 10th as they host GSAC opponent Huntingdon College with first serve slated for 3:30.
