For the tournament's final day, the field's top-16 teams played a single-round
tournament on the Gold Course with the bottom half of the field playing
an 18-hole, single-day event on the Scarlet Course. Piedmont's two-day

Piedmont posted a 304 and finished 7th (23rd overall) as Howell again
led the way with a two-over 72. The round featured all five players
posting scores in the 70's for the first time in school history.
