2. Proof of Meningococcal Vaccination
3. Complete the Proof of Immunizations and Meningitis Acknowledgement forms

• Personal paperwork (social security card, copies of prescriptions and insurance)
• Coffee maker with internal heat device
• Internet cable cord-Purcell Residence Hall only
• Trash can and trash bags
• Surge protectors
• Shower curtain and rings (not provided by PC Housing)
• 3M Command Adhesive hooks
• Cleaning supplies
• Curtains and tension rods (mini-blinds are provided)
• Clothes hangers
• Pillow, sheets and comforter
