The musical celebration of Christmas included the Piedmont Chorale, directed by Lauren Ringwall; the Piedmont College Singers, directed by Wallace Hinson; the Dawson County High School Chamber Singers, directed by Spencer Wright; and the Piedmont Brass Ensemble. The choirs were accompanied by organist Joy Hayner and pianist Nikolai Peek.
Lectors for the program included Ashley Cleere, college chaplain; Timothy Lytle, professor of philosophy and religion; Jane Kidd, special assistant to the president; Linda Wofford, assistant to the vice president for academic affairs; Tabatha Anderson, assistant professor of nursing; Julie Palmour, associate dean, school of education; Katarina Hodge, senior mass communications major; Spencer Wright, conductor, Dawson County High School Chamber Singers; Barbara Brown Taylor, professor of philosophy and religion; and Robert Glass, dean of libraries.
The program included works by J.S. Bach, Felix Mendelssohn-Bartholdy, David Lantz III, Van Wunderlich, John Rutter, and a composition by Piedmont senior music major Chris Sudderth, as well as traditional Christmas carols.
