Liz Howe has showcased her ceramics across the U.S., as well as in Spain and Taiwan. Her current show, “Reframing: Liz Howe,” is on display in the Mason-Scharfenstein Museum of Art until Nov. 11.

Howe lives and works in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., where she maintains her ceramics studio and teaches at Skidmore College. She earned a bachelor of science in art education from SUNY New Paltz, a master of science in art education from The College of St. Rose in Albany, N.Y., and a master of fine arts from The Rochester Institute of Technology/School for American Crafts in Rochester, N.Y. She is currently a contributing writer for Ceramics Monthly magazine.

Howe has shown solo and in group exhibitions at numerous museums, including at the Pingtong Art Museum in Taiwan, the San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts in San Angelo, Texas, and the Ceramics Museum of L’Alcora in Spain.
